1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MarketPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Store Subscriptions

Store owners must subscribe to an active plan to sell on the marketplace. Plans are non-refundable once a store has been activated.

3. KYC Verification

All store owners must complete KYC verification before their store goes live. False information may result in permanent account suspension.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for: product listings, pricing, inventory, order fulfillment, customer service, and all transactions with buyers. MarketPro does not act as an intermediary in transactions.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not list illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or misleading products. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

MarketPro is not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers, product quality issues, or transaction failures.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
